These are fantastic for striking and grappling practice. Hands are free for grappling but gloves are light and well padded for pounding your partner safely! Excellent construction and design!!

These are by far my training glove of choice. Gives enough cushion for decent bag, mitt, and ground and pound work... but also small enough for grappling.

I picked these up from MMAMuscle and they are fantastic. They fit great ever with my handwraps on and were easy to use for bad work as well as submission practice and MMA sparring. The quality of these gloves are top notch, and most people at my gym either use them, or are thinking of switching to them.
