We here at MMADiscount.com receive an enormous amount of questions. Many of these questions can become repetitive and worth noting here. If you have any sort of question or issue, please read through this FAQ before using the contact us form. As with most FAQ's, this is a work in progress and added to on a weekly basis. Frequent Order Questions:
Q. I recently placed an order - but only received a "Processed" email, never a "Confirmation".
A. At this time we only send the initial Processed email. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. Assume everything is confirmed when placing the order unless noted otherwise.

Q. I only received part of my order.
A. Depending upon your order, different products may be shipped from different locations - thus a slight delay in which each order arrives. Please sit tight, be patient and wait an extra day or two before contacting support.

Q. I never received my order.
A. We take great individual care when handling each order. If you have not received your order within two weeks (usually arrives sooner than this), please use the contact us form and we will resolve the issue.

Q. I never received a tracking number.
A. Our products generally do not ship with any sort of tracking number. We apologize for this inconvenience. This issue is also outlined in the Shipping Policy.

Q. I would like to return or exchange an item to due a defect or incorrect size.
A. Please refer to the Returns / Exchanges Policy.

A. We here at MMADiscount.com try to provide the best support we can, and receive many emails within each business day. We reply to as many as we can, but cannot possibly reply to everyone everyday. We apologize.

Q. My phone call has not been returned?
A. We here at MMADiscount.com try to provide the best support we can, and receive many phone calls within each business day. We reply to as many as we can, but may not be able to reply to all via phone everyday. We apologize.

Q. What is the best way to contact MMADiscount.com?
A. The best way at this time is to contact us via the contact us form. This inbox is monitored daily for new emails.

Q. My coupon no longer appears to be valid.
A. I hear MMADiscount.com can be a great source for coupons.

Q. How come your business no longer participates on MMA forums?
A. This is an excellent question. Though we enjoyed our time spent on various forums and are thankful for the kind comments by their respected userbases we found that it would be in the best interest of both our customers and the business itself to focus all means of support directly from MMADiscount.com. Please use the Contact Us form, email, or phone to get ahold of us as we can no longer guarentee a response from any other sources (this includes MySpace).
