I have had mine for over a year now and they are awesome. Although, I train with a 16oz. glove. The shape and firmness are still like brand new and I train 4 to 5 days a week (pad work, Bag Work, Sparring). I highly recommend a pair of Glove Dogs though to soak up all the moisture inside the glove when you are done using them. You'll get alot longer use out of them.
